Flanders misses you. Flanders welcomes you.
Ghent welcomes the 22nd International Workshop on Radiation Imaging Detectors on the new dates: from June 27 – July 1, 2021.
Normally at this point in time, you would have been visiting Flanders for the iWoRiD conference, organised by iWoRiD, Ghent University and the city of Ghent. Unfortunately at the moment, for reasons you will be aware of, the people of Flanders cannot give you a warm welcome as we usually would.
That’s why we want to let you know we miss you. Since it’s not in our nature to rest on our laurels, we made it our top priority to set a new date for your congress. Please mark your calendar and save June 27 to July 1, 2021 to attend this 22nd International Workshop on Radiation Imaging Detectors. Your host city remains Ghent, according to Lonely Planet “the best European city you’ve never thought of visiting". Isn’t that something to look forward to?
We can’t wait to welcome you in Flanders on these new dates. So much so, that from 7th to 11th June 2020 – the original dates you would have been our guest here – we will share inspiring articles, videos and updates on the topics of the congress and quotes and insights from the invited speakers. And about Flanders itself, of course. Because as a welcoming host, we would like to introduce ourselves to you.
Curious to know why Flanders values the iWoRiD conference so much?
We tell you in the movie below!
