- Visit to FMCCA, the convention venue where your delegates walk among lions and elephants.
- VIP visit to the renowned Royal Museum of Fine Arts. Its highly anticipated reopening is the highlight of the museum year.
- Presentation about creating memorable experiences at the Handelsbeurs, where the world's first stock exchange took place in 1531.
- Dinner at Stormkop, a social enterprise turning hospitality training on its head, and recently patronised by King Philip of Belgium.
